Return and Refund Policy

We at Not4ALoser strive to provide high quality clothing to our valued customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@not4aloser.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to complete the return process.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that returns be shipped with a tracking number and insurance for your protection.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy guidelines. We will then process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
